Movember Workplace Ambassador

Proud to support Movember and raise awareness around men's health, mental health, suicide prevention and prostate and testicular cancer.

In 2024 I heard a Movember advert on the radio. It prompted me to check myself — and I found a lump on my testicle.

I genuinely believe that if I hadn’t heard that radio advertisement in 2024, I may never have checked myself when I did. That simple message prompted me to take action, and ultimately led to my cancer being discovered. It is difficult to put into words how grateful I am that I heard it that day.

The experience has completely changed my perspective on health and wellbeing, and I’m now passionate about encouraging others to take their health seriously and not ignore changes or concerns. I will always be incredibly grateful to Movember for the role that organisation played in the chain of events that ultimately led to my diagnosis.
